Nonprofit Photoshoot Day: Defeat stock photos. Elevate your story.

On February 25th, Vers Creative is opening 12 no-cost photoshoot slots for nonprofit teams who are tired of smiling strangers in generic stock images. Walk away with original, on-brand photos that finally look like the real heroes on your team.

Lock in Your Slot

Your mission is real. Your photos should be too.

If you are an executive director, development lead, or communications director, you already know the pain.

You are trying to tell a powerful story about your impact, but your visuals are:

  • The same three stock families everyone else is using
  • Models who have never set foot in your city
  • Photos that look more like a bank brochure than your nonprofit

Stock photography cannot carry the weight of your mission. Donors, partners, and board members can feel the disconnect.

You are the hero here. We simply want to give you visuals that match the work you are already doing.

How Nonprofit Photoshoot Day works

01

Reserve your time

Choose one of the 12 available session slots on February 25 and lock it in. We are aiming to fill at least 6 spots by mid-December so we can finalize the schedule.

02

Show up ready

After you register, we will send a short prep guide with wardrobe tips, simple grooming suggestions, and what to expect. No modeling experience required. Just show up as you.

03

Receive your edited photos

Within 5 business days, you will receive a digital folder of edited images you can use across your website, social channels, newsletters, donor materials, and annual reports.

From there, every time you are tempted to drop in another stock photo, you will have a better option.

Why we care about your photos this much

Vers Creative partners with nonprofits to help them communicate with clarity, creativity, and courage. We see the work you are doing, and we know how often stock photography falls flat next to the impact you are actually making.

Nonprofit Photoshoot Day is how we help close that gap.

When supporters see real faces and real teams, trust grows. When your communications lead has a bank of original images to work with, everything they create gets easier and stronger.

You are the heroes. We are simply here to hand you better tools.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

keyboard_arrow_down

There is no cost for qualifying nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit Photoshoot Day is part of our Vers Give Back Day. No hidden fees, no surprise upsells.

Who qualifies?

keyboard_arrow_down

This day is built for established nonprofits in the Tampa Bay area, especially faith-based organizations with active teams and ongoing donor communication needs. If you are not sure you qualify, reach out and we will let you know quickly.

How many photos will I receive?

keyboard_arrow_down

Each person photographed will receive at least 5 to 10 edited, high-resolution images, including a variety of poses and crops that work across web, print, and social.

When will I get my images?

keyboard_arrow_down

You will receive your edited images digitally within 5 business days after Nonprofit Photoshoot Day.

Are you using AI to generate or alter our images?

keyboard_arrow_down

We do not use AI to create fake people or alter the truth of what we capture. We use AI tools behind the scenes to fine tune color, lighting, branded visual elements (not people), and cropping so your photos stay consistent with your brand. Think of it as a smarter version of retouching, not synthetic images.

Can we bring multiple team members?

keyboard_arrow_down

Yes. Many organizations bring a few key leaders or a small team. When you reserve your spot, let us know how many people you plan to bring so we can pace your session inside the 12 available slots.

What if our team is camera shy?

keyboard_arrow_down

Most nonprofit leaders are. Our team works every week with people who are not actors or models. We give simple direction, keep things relaxed, and focus on capturing you as you are, not some staged version of you.

Can we use these photos anywhere?

keyboard_arrow_down

Yes. Your images are delivered with usage rights for your organization’s marketing and communications. Use them on your website, social channels, donor materials, printed pieces, and media kits.

Is this a one-time thing or will you do more days like this?

keyboard_arrow_down

Right now, February 25th is our scheduled Nonprofit Photoshoot Day. If spots fill quickly or there is strong demand, we may open future dates. If you want in, we recommend you grab a slot for this day.

What if we already have a photographer?

keyboard_arrow_down

Great. This day can still help you build a fresh base of leadership and team images, and your internal or external photographer can continue building on that library. We are not trying to replace trusted partners. We are here to give you a jumpstart.

Ready to retire your stock photos?

If your team is doing real, hard, faithful work, they deserve more than generic images from a stock site. Nonprofit Photoshoot Day is a simple way to level up your visuals, at no cost, in a single focused session.
