Karl Flammer Ford sells a great product and they have fostered a great community reputation that spanned decades.  Their team is exceptional and the work culture that was driven by values. With the third generation of management now leading the family business, they were expanding and had just built a new showroom. It was time to signify to their audience that they were investing in younger drivers. The company needed a plan to grow their audience and keep the Flammer name top-of-mind for drivers of all generations. With a personalized brand roadmap in hand, we started down the path of rebranding and giving them a stronger presence in the digital marketplace.

Branding: New Logo

Vers set about rebranding Karl Flammer Ford with a new logo. Keeping what is timeless about the Ford brand, we added a modern touch that made the brand feel fresh but familiar. We wanted the logo to have significance and not just the trendy flavor of the month. We stayed true to the client and did a great job of giving them a foundational piece that all other pieces of content could be built off.

Video Content

We knew if we simply told the Karl Flammer Ford story and the heart for their community through compelling video, we would gather the attention of their untapped audience. No other local dealerships were taking this approach, and very few were doing this on a scale that felt like a national commercial. The brand story video showcased their community, original dealership location, current dealership location, and expanded on the story that was told through the logo and tagline.
The Vers team aggressively marketed their story to their target audience and the results were overwhelmingly positive.
The video loop was also placed in the feature spot on their website.

 

Photography

Website & Social Media Refresh

With their new video now included on the website, it was time for a photography refresh to match. We also needed to give them a refresh on social media. We got a lot of leverage out of new photography, which is an excellent way to elevate a brand without breaking the budget.

Content Strategy

We evaluated the channels that were best for the Karl Flammer Ford brand and then created a content schedule that hit their target audience at the best times and the right places. We also built a strong email calendar with content that shows the Karl Flammer Ford brand as more than a dealership, but an organization that gives back to their community and makes authentic, human connections.
