Graphic Designers

Maybe later we’ll create a well-designed infographic to show how our designers bring brand stories to life. (Mark that down as your first project!) Connect with us if you are someone who:

  • Is seriously (and sometimes humorously) creative and challenges your own status quo.
  • Comfortably presents your work, ideas, and design decisions to other creatives.
  • Receives critique well and humbly returns to the digital drawing board until the design goal is reached.
  • Has a creative portfolio of work that will leave us wiping drool off the computer keyboard. (Warn us first, though, so we can view your work on a public library computer.)
  • Keeps an eye on the current design trends and where they’re going.
  • Has experience working collaboratively with other designers and copywriters.
  • Is flexible, available, and easy to work with.
  • Has a positive attitude, even in highly stressful situations, like being chased by a pack of hungry wolves. (You always keep an extra steak or two in your pocket for just that kind of moment, right?)

*Bonus points if you eat a lot of candy and own a dog.

Copywriting & Content 

So, you want to join a freelance team of writers who are conceptual thinkers and can creatively craft words that connect projects back to the overall brand strategy? We don’t blame you. We’d love to hear from you if you are someone who:

  • Can take complex ideas and make them simple.
  • Silently corrects everyone else’s grammar.
  • Loves both ideating and executing words for unique projects.
  • Has a groovy portfolio and cool personality.
  • Understands what it means to be the voice and tone of the brand.
  • Communicates clearly, openly, honestly, and with integrity.
  • Keeps an awesome attitude even in stressful situations.
  • Gets pumped up at the thought of influencing culture.
  • Stays humble even when you feel certain you’re right.

Website Development

We were going to write this description in code, but then it just got weird. So instead, connect with us if you are someone who:

  • Understands how people and technology interact to solve problems.
  • Can clearly explain your decisions and perspective.
  • Is a nerd, but people really like you.
  • Is capable and confident with web design and/or development, but you’ve also got humble genes.
  • Has previous experience working with a creative team of designers, writers, and strategists—and that went well.
  • Is kinda da’ bomb at UX/UI research, web strategy, and design.
  • Knows Divi is more than a four-letter word and thinks when it’s spelled backwards it says “Love.” (Not really, because spelled backwards is “Ivid,” which means absolutely nothing.)
  • Dreams in HTML/CSS. Would be great if also familiar with Javascript and PHP
